Fuck this.

For at least 13 years, I've had this protective shield around me to keep myself from getting hurt emotionally. But all it's done is hurt me more. So fuck it. From now on, I'm not fucking hiding my past. I'm not going to be so damn introverted. It's pissing me off, and brings me nothing but unending pain.

On a side note, I had made plans to take Tegan somewhere nice and romantic tonight... just stare up at the stars and whatnot... and finally tell her that I love her. But I guess that plan's shot to hell.

Meh, I'll try to find joy in something again... although it seems that not even my trusted video games and comedy shows on TV can keep me entertained :/

More than anything though, I'd like to try and make things work out between me and Tegan. But if I can't, then I'll still be her friend. I'm not going to start hating her because of this. It's partially my own fault.
